LIVING ROOM 17’ X 12’ A good living space dominated by a five foot open fireplace with lots of chairs and couches. A door directs you to the waterside sun porch and stairs lead to the master bedroom. Reading lamps, a stereo and a good supply of kindling and wood for a cheery evening fire are all included. |
| BATHROOM At 7’ X 6’ this simple bath contains all the necessities – shower, sink & toilet with window and vanity. | SUN PORCH This 15' X 7' front porch is all windows that look out over Little Harbour and Melmerby Beach beyond. From here you can watch sunset. It also gives access to the front lawn of the property and the path to the beach. |
MASTER BEDROOM Running the full length of the upstairs with a queen size bed at one end with side tables and bureau. At the other end is a double bed. With windows at each end the summer breezes at dusk soon cool this sleeping area. There is s BBQ on the front deck and a sturdy set of stairs and walkway lead to your own beach and over to Melmerby. |
2nd BEDROOMAt the back of the cottage a 17’ x 7 ‘ second bedroom with a Queen bed, side table and bureau. The outer wall of screened windows flip up for air circulation and look out on the empty field that takes up most of the point of land where this cottage is located. This field is yours for playing and walking. |
