LIVING ROOM 17’ X 12’ A good living space dominated by a five foot open fireplace with lots of chairs and couches. A window opens to the dining area and a door leads to the waterside sun porch. Reading lamps, a stereo and a good supply of kindling and wood for a cheery evening fire are all included. |
| BATHROOM At 7’ X 6’ this simple bath contains all the necessities – shower, sink & toilet with window and vanity. | SUN PORCH This 22' X 7' front porch is all windows that look out over Little Harbour and Melmerby Beach beyond. From here you can watch sunset. It also gives access to the front lawn of the property and the path to the beach. |
| DINING AREA At the back of the cottage a 22’ X 7’ porch acts as a roomy, well lit dining area with table and chairs.
